My client had been charged with 5 counts of felony menacing 3 of which were against police officers and a misdemeanor tresspass charge.  All along my client was willing to plead to the tresspass just not the felonies.  After a 3 day trial the jury found him not guilty of the menacing and he was found guilty of what he agreed to all along.  Sometimes the jury really gets it.
