We Defend DUI and Criminal Cases Throughout Utah
SAU lawyers emphasize defending DUI and criminal cases aggressively as opposed to just seeking plea bargains. In our view, the plea bargain process is sometimes the lazy way to get a resolution in a DUI or criminal case. We undertake a thorough examination of each client's case. Only after that analysis do we make a decision — in conjunction with our client — about whether to fight for a dismissal, try the case with a judge or a jury, or seek a plea bargain for a lesser charge.
