In his first trial, his client was acquitted of trafficking over a kilo of illegal substances. In his next trial, he won an acquittal in a high profile trial where the script writer for Miami Vice was accused of a fifteen year minimum mandatory felony. JIm went on to represent high profile clients including talk show hosts, musicians, business men, lawyers, organized crime professionals and law enforcment officials throughout New England. He has won acquittals and reversals in multiple first degree murder cases, white collar offenses, organized criminal trafficking and drug offenses in federal and state court.
