Attorney James S. Dilday, most recently designated one of Boston's Best Lawyers as published in the Boston Globe Magazine, 2008 edition, specializes in the area of criminal defense. Attorney Dilday is a veteran litigator in the federal and state trial courts with over thirty-five years experience. Attorney Dilday has successfully defended clients against complex criminal felony indictments involving homicide; drug trafficking; multi-million dollar money laundering; wire and mail fraud; obstruction of justice; gun trafficking; bank robbery; and interstate prostitution rings. Attorney Dilday also practices Personal Injury and Immigration Law.
Professional Experience Attorney Dilday began his legal career working for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development before he opened his own practice in 1983. Attorney Dilday has lectured at Continuing Legal Education Seminars sponsored by the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
Attorney Dilday is also a tenured Professor of Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies at Bunker Hill Community College.

Attorney Richard W. Boulware is Of Counsel to the firm's clients and focuses his practice on probate and family law matters. Attorney Boulware represents both mothers and fathers in divorce and child custody matters. Attorney Boulware also represents clients in complex estate administration. Attorney Boulware also has experience in Criminal Law and Real Estate.
Professional Experience Attorney Boulware is Former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston. He established the Law Office of Richard W. Boulware in Roxbury, MA in 1983, which was the first minority owned law firm in Boston in approximately 15 years. Attorney Sheriece M. Perry is the newest member to the firm's legal team. Attorney Perry focuses her practice on probate and family law matters. Specifically, Attorney Perry represents clients in divorce, custody and child support matters. Attorney Perry has a great interest in focusing on the best interest of the children and assisting both mothers and fathers in obtaining access to and custody of their children. Attorney Perry also handles the firm's will and trust drafting and estate administration.
Professional Experience Attorney Perry has been working in law firms since 2003. Attorney Perry has worked at Testa, Hurwitz, & Thibeault, LLP; Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School; Crowe & Mulvey, LLP; Massachusetts Port Authority Legal Department and the Law Office of Bruce Bierhans. Harold L. Adams specializes in the areas of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services applications. Specifically, Paralegal Adams specializes in petitions for employment and family based immigrant and non-immigrant visas and benefits, including naturalization and registration of permanent residence status. Paralegal Adams also handles the firm's torts, using case theory based on application of the mathematical laws of logical inference and implication to case fact patterns.
Mr. Adams, is also an accomplished lecturer in criminal and social justice matters having spoken at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Club, Harvard Divinity School, Boston University School of Law, Boston University Criminal Justice Program, Boston University School of Management, New England School of Law, Bunker Hill Community College, Framingham State College, Bancroft School, and numerous other churches and schools in the greater Boston area.
Community Involvement Harold is the Operations Manger of an all-volunteer private membership mutual benefit association called the Committee of Friends and Relatives of Prisoners. This organization addresses the social and economic burdens that families of incarcerated prisoners face.
